Daddy’s Oatmeal – ABC4 Good Things Utah
Daddy’s Special Oatmeal 1/4 c quick cook oats 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp ground flax flour 1 tsp honey 1 Tbsp peanut butter Toppings 2 Tbsp frozen fruit Roasted pepitas, optional for adult consumption Add ingredients to a bowl. Mix in enough boiling water just to cover. Stir and let stand for five minutes. Stir in toppings, this will help cool it down to an edible temperature |
