Daddy’s Oatmeal – ABC4 Good Things Utah 
Daddy’s Special Oatmeal
1/4 c quick cook oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flax flour
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp peanut butter
Toppings
2 Tbsp frozen fruit
Roasted pepitas, optional for adult consumption
Add ingredients to a bowl. Mix in enough boiling water just to cover. Stir and let stand for five minutes. Stir in toppings, this will help cool it down to an edible temperature

Dr. Abby Crume is our guest for this episode of Mountain Land Pelvic Health Podcast. She attended. Medical school at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of North Texas, Fort Worth, Texas, followed by her residency at Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine, and her Fellowship at St Mark’s Colon and Rectal Surgery. She has board certifications in both surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery. Dr. Crume serves on the faculty of Saint Mark’s. Hospital Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship.  During this podcast, we discuss the multidisciplinary approach for treating fecal incontinence, rectal prolapse, and colo-rectal cancers regarding diagnosis and the treatment paradigm, including medication, nerve stimulators, surgeries, and pelvic floor physical therapy.
